With 15 years’ experience in the massage industry, Abigail combines myofascial, somatic release, and specialty tools to deliver deep, effective results with minimal discomfort to the client. Whether you need gentle Cranial Sacral or deep tissue, every massage is a customized experience that involves listening to the client’s body and helping correct imbalance. She loves to educate clients and was an instructor at Lotus Professional College, as well as teaching accredited CEUs.

Raven understands the way the body moves. From her background in Bagua to her personal training to the way she manipulates bamboo tools, she knows how to create balance and strength in the body. When we can keep her out of the classroom, she pairs deep, therapeutic work with isometric training to deliver results fast.

Kellen first discovered the power of Manual Lymphatic Drainage while working with a client in school. The results of a single session were a game changer that left her wanting more. Alex Monsivais, LMT
Alex uses a blend of myofascial and Swedish techniques to provide restorative care from head to toe. He trained at Lotus Professional College and enjoys working with clients with chronic pain conditions, neck tension, and low back pain, utilizing a light to moderate approach. He enjoys working with bamboo tools and hot stones, along with CBD oil.

Ally Panzica, LMT
Ally began her massage journey with a life changing massage while on vacation. As someone who experiences anxiety, it was the first time she felt fully relaxed. She worked front desk for a few chain spas and then decided to attend massage school. Massage brings the opportunity to learn more, do more, and expand her craft every day, which keeps her excited and passionate about helping her clients. She specializes in ultra-restorative Lomi Lomi, a traditional Hawaiian modality, and sports massage. She can alternately sink in deep with her arsenal of heated tools or put you to sleep and reset your nervous system, depending on your needs that day. She is the Batman of the clinic, using a wide variety of tools to achieve firmer pressure, and she one day wants to work on Olympic athletes.

Christina’s journey began while helping her mother recover from bilateral knee surgery. Witnessing the relief massage could provide paved the way for her unique approach. She uses a blend of sports therapy, corrective exercise, and therapeutic massage to combat individual problems, but the results are the same: moving and feeling better.
